The same city. A different earth.
Six acres of working farm on an Aravalli ridge — a hundred acres of forest below, mountains on three sides — ten minutes from Golf Course Road and The Camellias. It looks like a hill station. It is, practically, Gurgaon. And it's a first: a resort and a community of like-minded families in one, by invitation only.
You will not believe this is Gurgaon.
Turn off Golf Course Road onto the Faridabad road, and ten minutes later — just before the toll — the Aravallis close in around you. You never left Gurgaon. But the farm sits up on the ridge: below it, a hundred acres of forest roll away toward the hills, and there is not a building in sight. In the monsoon the whole valley turns green; in winter the mornings come with mist. People who visit say the same thing — it feels like a hill station, except you were home in time for dinner.
The land has held a farmhouse for years, quietly. Now it holds a plan: a place families return to every weekend, and a community that grows with the farm itself.
Photos from the farm.
A blank canvas. Let's paint it together.
We'll be honest: we are just starting — and that's the fun of it. What we have today is the beautiful part: the land, the farm, the lawn, the long lunches, and the resort and hotel licenses in hand. The ambition is the most beautiful resort anywhere around Gurgaon — but think of it as a canvas on the most beautiful easel in the city. We are looking for fifty founding families to paint it with us, weekend by weekend: the restaurant, the stays, the traditions. No binder of architect's drawings — just all of us, visualizing it together, and having a very good time while we do.
-
Now — weekends
Day visits for member families: the farm table, the gatherings, the land as it is today.
-
Next — the restaurant
A proper farm-to-table restaurant overlooking the valley, open to members and their guests.
-
Then — night stays
Rooms on the ridge, licensed and built right, so the weekend doesn't have to end at sunset.
A community with room for every shape of family.
Fifty founding places, three kinds of founders. Find yours — and what the hill already holds for you.
Families with young kids
Weekends that finally beat screens: orchard raids, treasure hunts, wild days on the ridge — and a lawn that keeps the kids in plain view while you get a long lunch.
Single parents
Equally welcome, said plainly. The village brunch — one Sunday a month with people who get it — plus every gathering on the hill, as full members.
Builders & makers
A founding say in what rises — the restaurant, the stays, the traditions — and the makers & AI evening on second Saturdays to show what you're building.
Everything on the table grew on this hill.
Lunch here is not a menu, it is a harvest. The kitchen runs on wood and stone, and the farm supplies it — what the season gives is what we serve.
Stone & wood chulha
Chapatis off a wood-fired stone hearth, ghee from the farm, eaten hot on the lawn.
Fruit orchards
Mango, guava, amrood, jamun — picked by whoever gets to the tree first, usually the kids.
Vegetables in season
Beds of seasonal sabzi grown without shortcuts. Take a basket home when you leave.
Fresh milk
From our own cattle, same morning. The chai here tastes the way you remember it.
Have fun. Learn. Grow. And feel the power of people in your corner.
That is what a real community does — it multiplies you. Here it runs on a simple rhythm: every Saturday of the month has its gathering, each one hosted by a member family. Come to one, come to all — or start your own. Come for the fun; stay for what it grows in your family — new skills, real friendships, and the quiet certainty that on this hill, someone always has your back.
Mahjong on the lawn
The craze, played the way it should be — under the trees, a patient teacher at every table, a valley to look at between hands. Carrom and chess for the defectors.
Makers & AI evening
A member talks about what they're building — AI one month, a business the next. Questions welcome, jargon not.
The long table
Kitty circles, slow food off the chulha, recipes traded across the table. The forest does the decor.
The wild day
Ridge walks, birdwatching, kids' forest safaris, harvest mornings — for families whose best days end muddy. And every visit, the farm itself: kids loose in the orchard and a long unhurried lunch.
The village brunch
For the families doing it solo — a slow Sunday brunch where the kids entertain each other and the parents finish their coffee, their sentences, and their plans.
Special days where the whole hill plays as one team — no spectators, no phones, announced by season.
Where screens lose to mud, trees and stars.
We are building this for families with young kids, so the kids get the best of the farm. No schedules, no screens, no "don't touch that" — just a hillside that turns city children back into outdoor ones.
Meet the herd
Feed the cows, watch the morning milking, and taste milk that was inside a cow an hour ago.
Orchard raids
Mango, guava and jamun picking — whatever you can reach, you can eat. Sticky hands guaranteed.
Treasure hunts
Clue trails through the orchard and along the ridge — teams, maps, and a prize from the farm.
Kite afternoons
A ridge-top lawn, a valley wind, and all the string you need. Winters are made for this.
Little farmers
Sow a seed, water a bed, pull a carrot. Every visit, their plant is a little taller than they left it.
Bonfire & stars
Evenings end with a bonfire, roasted bhutta, and a sky with actual stars in it — count the constellations.
Forest safaris
Guided walks into the Aravalli edge — butterflies, birds, peacock calls, and if you're lucky, nilgai.
Chulha bakers
Kids roll their own chapatis on the stone chulha — lopsided, wood-smoked, and the best they'll ever eat.
While the kids are out being feral in the best way, the lawn keeps the grown-ups in full view of them — and of the valley. And if you're doing the parenting solo, this is the weekend where you get other adults to talk to while the community keeps an eye on your little ones too.
A resort gives you a weekend. A community gives you your people. We are the first to be both.
Every place around Gurgaon sells you a stay. Different Earth invites you into a circle — the same families, weekend after weekend, on a farm that belongs to all of your best days. By invitation only, and it stays that way.
By invitation. By referral. By fit.
We are keeping this small on purpose — a circle of like-minded families who want a beautiful place to return to, and a hand in building it. And family here means every shape of one: single parents and their kids, grandparents, couples — all equally at home at this table.
Tell us a little about yours and what you'd bring to the table; a current member or one of us will call you back.
Request an invitation
Tell us about your family — whatever shape it takes. A single parent and one kid are as welcome as a family of six. This opens a WhatsApp chat with us, details filled in.
Every request is read by us personally. Visits are by appointment only.
